Kate Middleton publicly debuted her baby bump yesterday (February 19th), sending the press into a frenzy, as she visited women recovering from addiction at Hope House in London, one of her charities. This is only the second official public appearance by the Duchess of Cambridge since announcing her pregnancy in December, as she suffered from severe morning sickness that kept her out of sight and even led to her being hospitalized for several days. Middleton, who is four months along, appeared at Hope House wearing a MaxMara wrap dress, under which could be seen the small royal bump.
