NOTE: I don't know if the seat pictured above is the actual seat used in the crime, but trying to picture how a car seat was used in the crime, this is what I picture being used.

Two women in Jonesboro, Georgia were arrested after they used a child car seat to steal from Walmart. Police said 23-year-old Krista Green and 24-year-old Latari Thomas hid the stolen merchandize in their kids' car seat. Captain James Callaway told reporters, "(They) concealed approximately 119  (119!) separate items valued at over $670. They concealed these items, which is disturbing to us as a police department, under their children's car carrier." Thomas' two young children, ages three and one, were also along for the shoplifting spree. Police saw the whole thing on the store's surveillance system and now the two women face felony shoplifting charges. They were also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
