Kim Kardashian and Kanye West laid down $11 million for a new mansion in Bel Air, California. Sources tell TMZthat the house is 10,000 square-feet and located in a private, gated community.

Kimye have apparently owned the place for a few weeks and have already begun to gut it to build their 14,000 square-foot dream house. The new house will be an Italian-style villa with a gym, movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, and an indoor and outdoor pool.

TMZ also reports that Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul, and Joe Francis are Kim and Kanye's new neighbors.
