Shailene Woodley, above, best known from The Descendants, has reportedly been offered the role of Mary Jane Watson in the upcoming sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man. She would join Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone in the film, which is set to start shooting next year. Also being cast for the sequel, a new Harry Osborn, previously played by James Franco in the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy; and a possible villain: Andrew Garfield's favorite - Electro.

Armie Hammer hasn't officially made his debut as The Lone Ranger opposite Johnny Depp's Tonto in the new movie updating the character; but there is a rumor that Hammer is being considered as the next Batman in a live-action Justice League film due in 2015. I'll believe that when I am finishing my popcorn and large drink while the closing credits on a Justice League film roll at the Wehrenberg.
